A godsend. Had a large screw - washer & all - stuck in my driver's side front tire. Called assuming I would have to schedule an appt & was told I could come by same day (I was about 15-20 min. away in Kingstowne). When I asked how long a plug would take (had young son with me) I was told 15 mins. The gentleman was not lying! The tire was repaired very quickly. Another gentleman, Max, was so courteous and kind with my son while we waited (even showed him how the car lift works). Will be taking both my husband's car & mine here for any needed work in the future. Very affordable.

Can't say enough positives about Max. We drove from Boston to Fairfax to visit grandkids, then to Old Town to enjoy. Suddenly a noise from under the car, a flap dragging on the ground. Not a good situation. Reviews online (Google, Yelp, others) all point to Landmark Auto and Max. Called and he said bring it in. He was kind and reassuring when we arrived, put our car up on a lift. His mechanic immediately saw the problem, nothing major, a quick fix, an incredibly fair price. It was a great experience, in a vulnerable moment, to be treated so well and taken care of. This is a long way of saying that I highly recommend Max because you can trust he will treat you fairly and fix your car.

Fantastic experience today! I had an appointment at 3:30 and I swear they were working on my car by 3:35. Oil change and emissions done in an hour at a reasonable price. I needed some brake work done for state inspection reasons, (during COVID) so called Al and he got me in the next day. His service estimate was well below previous estimates from other shops, and he did all the work in one day. PLUS, I had left him with only my valet key, he actually drove to my house for the remote fob so I didn't have to take two more Lyft rides. Above and beyond. Everyone I came in contact there was polite, safety conscious and helpful. What a find.

I will say the landmark Auto on Duke Street isn't the most posh posh in the aspect of the seating area to wait for the work for your car to be done, but the people there are very much like family very friendly and always willing to make sure they provide you the most cost-effective quality work for the amount of money that you're looking to spend along with options. It is truly the best auto repair shop in northern Virginia for Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, BMW and Volkswagen. Landmark Auto group becomes your family as all of the customers there are mostly returning and or loyal customers who come back, Max is the most loyal businessmen that I know in the northern Virginia market! I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They fixed a loose wire in a headlight for me back in the summer, and I was incredibly impressed with the service. I was brought over and shown what was going on, and they explained exactly how they would fix it. The repair lasted several months. I came in again today because the plastic wire binding had loosened due to the cold weather. I was fully prepared to pay for another repair, but they fixed it again for free since it had only been a few months. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service at Landmark Auto Group and will definitely be returning next time!
